Print out free templates to make a giant rainbow to hang in your window or on your wall with these printables. (We have options for a 1 page, 4 page and 6 page version). There is a coloured version to decorate (we show you one idea with scrunched tissue paper) with craft supplies (you could use buttons, beads, poms poms etc.) or a blank version for you to paint or colour. Along with this, we have a rainbow writing booklet where you can write a rainbow narrative (we include a story planning sheet), describe how a rainbow is made (informational writing) or write a thank you note!

When our youngest was in Pre-K they raised butterflies with his amazing teacher. Whether you are observing butterflies in your classroom or at home in your yard, it is fun to document the changes (life cycle) of the butterfly from an egg, caterpillar/larva, pupa/chrysalis to a beautiful butterfly! This printable booklet allows you to write about the life cycle or to make a narrative about a butterfly! You can then make the butterfly craft puppets to retell the process with a bit of drama!
