We made this template for our daughter and thought families and/or educators might find it handy too! Whether you use it as a daily journal or as a daily writing exercise for narratives, persuasive writing or for informational purposes, it gives the kids a printable for recording their ideas. Each page has a box at the top that can be used for an illustration to go along with their journal entry or an image related to their story. You could also use the box for a diagram for labeling if you are using the text area for non fiction writing. Printable: journal Directions: Print the cover page and then as many copies of the secondary page as you would like. Staple it in the corner to form a booklet. Brainstorm with your child topics that they would be interested in writing about and have them record their ideas along with a graphic or illustration to go along with it at the top of the box! We always love to see your ideas, so please tag or message us on Instagram with your stories!
