When your child LOVES pumping the soap, you add a bit of paint into the mix!  This activity allows you to see what secondary colours are made, simply by mixing the primary colours.

Materials

Pump Painting with make-it-your-own.com (Creative activities for kids). This painting process re-imagines soap pumps as a painting tool. It allows children to see what secondary colours are formed by the use of primary colours. (And who doesn't love water play!?)

  • Bin (this one is for under the bed storage)
  • Food colouring
  • Watercolour paint
  • Water
  • Watercolour paper

We always find a smock helpful too!
