Fill a clear cellophane bag with homemade cookies or store bought candies and add this topper. This idea was inspired by my own father whose sweet tooth has honestly been broken on several occasions from chewing hard candies! He loves his treats and used to love ours as kids! Materials Cardstock Printer Drawing materials Clear cellophane bag (these can be purchased at party stores or dollar stores and are generally a standard 12 cm size when flat) Stapler Cookies, candies, chips, dried fruit or any food item that your father may like! (You might want to accompany this with a movie for a gift). Template treats_topper_template Directions Print the topper. (We put two copies on each page.) Add illustrations of either yourself and your dad and/or the treats you have decided to put into the bag. Add your name to the back. Cut it out and fold it in half along the dotted line. Fill the cellophane bag with your treat and staple on the topper. Give it to your dad, grandpa or mentor. Purpose Thinking of others, using writing for a variety of reasons.
